Blowing Cloth:
Surface to Mesh, anchor the edges to the floor and use Edgelength to make the mesh lines flexible like a spring and give some gravity using Unary and blow Wind in multi directions to show the effect
Tensile Cloth:
Surface into Mesh or use Meshplane from the beginning. Deconstruct Brep to get the points on corners. Anchor those points and make extra target points to move with gumball from Rhino. Edge Length to make it spring and flexible. Adjust number of UV mesh or length factor to change the effect.
